Assemblin Linköping has taken on two larger projects where ipipe’s electrical conduits will be installed.

For us, it is important that the installation materials have a strong environmental profile while also being easy and straightforward to work with – says Fredric Almgren, Production Manager at Assemblin El in Linköping.

Here in Linköping, we will deliver two assisted-living/elderly-care facilities with 180 apartments, including shared areas, offices, and a commercial kitchen. The project also includes a primary school (grades F-6). Total floor area is approx. 15 000 sqm, and the electrical scope is valued at approx. 35Mkr for us.

We will use rigid electrical conduit, empty conduit and pre-terminated conduit for power and fire alarm systems. We look forward to starting to use ipipe’s products – they are new on the market, but we have tested them and they are of very high quality and were easy to work with. They come well packaged, and it is important to us that the products have a strong environmental profile, which they do. It also helps us that ipipe has such a broad range.

It is important to us that our suppliers listen to us and deliver on what they promise. As I mentioned earlier, it is also important that our supplier works with sustainable products – products that are circular and can be reused and recreated from recycled materials and short transport routes. ipipe feels like the obvious choice, and both I and the installers are looking forward to getting started, concludes Fredric.
