Technology that makes a difference

A production built from scratch

In our fully automated facility in Gislaved, all production is carried out with <1% waste, 100% renewable energy and without fresh water. The production chain is optimized for energy efficiency, recovery of waste heat and the smallest possible climate footprint.

All processing takes place in-house – from recycled plastic to finished installation product – which gives full control over melt index, color stability and mechanical properties.

Raw materials that make a difference – from waste to future

We use low-value polymer fractions from, among other things, beverage cartons – materials that previously went to incineration. These are transformed into high-quality plastic pellets that form the basis of our electrical conduits.

The raw material is sourced within three hours from the factory. All transport is done with HVO100 and packaging is made of recycled corrugated cardboard. "From recycled packaging to the infrastructure of the future."

By combining advanced material recycling with innovative product design and smart packaging solutions. By recycling low-value polymer fractions that previously had no recycling value, we create electrical conduits with 65–80% recycled material – without compromising on quality or function.

Construction that performs in practice

Our flexible electrical conduits have a three-layer construction where each layer serves a purpose:

• Inner core of 65–80% recycled PCR material
• Nano-friction layer for easy and low-friction cable pulling
• Outer protective layer with color coding for traceability and durability

Our pre-terminated cables (iCable) contain at least 30% recycled copper. The cable protection system iCover consists of ≥90% recycled steel and offers a complete range of protection solutions for a safe and seamless installation.
